The animals were making a fuss about who deserved the most credit for producing the highest number of children in one birth. They all rushed into the Lion’s den and asked the Queen Lioness to chat so that she may settle the dispute about the number of kin. “And you,” they said, “how many children do you have at birth?” The lioness laughed and said, “Well, I only have one, but that one is a healthy, strong, purebred lion.”
