A cow saw an Ox harnessed to a plow, and tormented him by reminding him of his harsh position of forced labor. Shortly afterwards, at the harvest festival, the owner released the Ox from his burden, but took command of the cow with a rope and led him to the front of the altar to be slain for the occasion. The Ox observed and said with a smile: "Your carefree way of living reflected your future as a sacrifice."
